I was fortunate in the day to have a group of dedicated mechanics and car builders that supported my efforts during my drag racing career from 1961 – 1972. Each individual contributed greatly to my success. I would like to personally thank each one of you for all of your contributions to my racing career and to my Super Car Clinics across Canada. You will always be remembered.
JP.

John. It was great to see you at Drag Race Memories Apr. 13/14. Don’t disappear again. Your too important to the history of the sport.
its so great to see all my old connections to my past thank you all
Its because of these guys that I love Mopars to this day and was sorry to hear the passing of Dennis Warner. Dennis Warner used to let me come to the shop on Portland st in Etobicoke when I was eighteen years old and let me help with some stuff in the shop. I treasure those memmries, Thank you so much for this website
I still have my Hooker Header Decals from my attendance at Johns clinic in Toronto 1970
A friend of mine Brian has a 1968 390 cui Mustang GTS (probably from Mainway), another friend Edward a Stallion sold by Mainway Ford in 67. Can you share any bits on those two cars or the performance cars sold during your presence there.
